Expertise in Clinical Psychology

With over 21 years of clinical experience, I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor offering an empathic, insight-oriented approach to help adults, adolescents, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. After graduating from the Counseling Psychology program at Northwestern University in 2005, I completed post-graduate training at both the Chicago Institute for Psychoanalysis and the Institute for Clinical Social Work. I also hold extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

My approach is tailored to your unique needs and diagnosis. Together, we will build a thoughtful treatment plan that honors your personal life experiences, biological hardwiring, and early formative relationships. To ensure comprehensive care, I partner with several trusted psychiatrists in Chicago for clients who require medication management.

Beyond my clinical practice, I have a deep background in music. I graduated from Northwestern University in 2001 with a degree in Cello Performance. Today, I live in Wilmette with my husband, our three children, and our service dog, Clover.
